Stretching for Kicks and Giggles with Amanda

If there are 4 parts to a kick, then how many parts are there to an effective stretching series? Join this class for a short but sweet answer to that question in a 4 part stretching sequence aimed at improving flexibility and strength in your kicks. We will explore a broad range of stretches applicable to specific kicks or kicking in general. All flexibility levels are welcome.
*Have enough room to outstretch both legs vertically and horizontally; a nearby wall and (karate)belt are helpful, but not required.
