Polish Your Forms with Nick Oben

Sharpen your skills and polish your performance through forms! We’ll scrape off the rust, talk about ways to practice at home, get comments to work on, and enjoy busting out some forms! Select a form or two ahead of time that you already know and would like to focus on. Review it before class so you’re ready to roll! Unfortunately, we’ll need to limit class to 25 participants so we have time to look at everyone’s karate.
