Jump Kicks with Saud

Let’s learn as many jump kicks as possible! All experience levels are welcome, regardless of jump-kicking experience. However if you have knee or ankle joint/ligamentous dysfunction this may not be the class for you. I will demo all the jumps kicks I know, and then we will start with the basic jump front kick, and work from there. Who knows, by the end you may be throwing double front kicks and back flips kicks 🙂 One thing is for sure: A lot of jumping+kicking=one muscle building, cardiopulmonary intense, tendon stretching workout.
