How to practice forms and use them for cardio, interval, and strength training

Ways to practice forms that will maximize your improvement as well as ways to use forms practice as elements of cardio, interval and strength training.  Participants must be 13 years or older and must know at least 3 forms.  Have a calculator and something with a second hand available to measure heart rate.  Instructor:  Kim Moake
