Hip Opening Challenge with Pierre

Following our Sunday evening session, we establish a daily 15-20 routine to work/maintain our hip/hamstring flexibility. The Friday session will be a repeat of the Sunday session (i.e. one full hour) to demonstrate progress. A yoga mat is strongly recommended and some props may be useful: pillows or yoga blocks and belt.
You CANNOT participate if you are pregnant or went through surgery over the last 3 months.
