Hip Opening Challenge with Pierre

August 16 @ 9:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Improve your hip/hamstring flexibility through Gravity Yoga and daily practice. The 1-hour Sunday session introduces the principles of Gravity Yoga and makes you work through your hamstrings and hips. The following sessions are 20-min sessions to build a daily habit. We end the week with another 1-hour session to demonstrate progress. We may continue our sessions after camp if there is enough interest. All levels of flexibility are welcome. A yoga mat is strongly recommended. You may find the following prompts also useful: pillows or yoga blocks and belt.

You CANNOT attend this class if you are pregnant or had surgery within the last 3 months.
