Want to score a 2 point head kick? This class is for you!
Lets be honest, the majority of us have poor posture and either sit in the car, on the computer, or in front of the TV for hours. Well its time to get our bodies moving. Join me three times this week for flexibility class. Yes, it can help with your fighting, but hip and shoulder flexibility are key to everything we do in martial arts!
I suggest having a yoga mat and something (or somewhere) that you can kneel on so you don’t hurt your knees. If you have some free weights they might be used but they are not necessary.
