Body Combat Workout with Theresa

Let’s start off Karate Camp all together with a high energy Les Mills inspired workout that is sure to challenge you, make you sweat, and feel ready to take on the rest of the week! We will mostly do techniques you have probably done before with a few new ones mixed in, but don’t worry about doing it perfectly, just follow along, keep moving, and have fun!
