TKA Exams Schedule

Please look for your studio below and cross check it with the time and location of your exam. If you cannot make your assigned date, please check with your instructor or call 301-840-9262 Mon. - Thurs. 10-5pm, Fridays from 10-3pm, for assistance in picking an alternate date. A week's notice is requested. Be sure to pick up the accompanying exam application.

Additional Exam Requirements

To receive a GREEN belt, the student must compete in at least one tournament (intramural or USERKC).
To receive a BLUE belt, the student must compete in at least two tournaments (2 intramurals or 1 intramural and an USERKC).
To receive a 2nd BROWN belt, the student must have competed in at least two intramural tournaments and one USERKC. The student must have the proper uniform requirements of a TKA patch, a U.S. flag, and a Korean flag on a white gi. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If an exam is cancelled due to bad weather, that exam will normally occur the following week, same time, same location. There will be no regular class at this location during the make-up exam.
